Texas Roadhouse Reservations & Waitlist

How to Join the Texas Roadhouse Waitlist

1. Open the Texas Roadhouse app or website and pick your restaurant.
2. Tap "Join Waitlist" and enter your name, party size and phone number.
3. You will get a text as your table gets close.
4. Check in with the host when you arrive, you need to be there when your name is called.

Texas Roadhouse Call Ahead

If you do not use the app, call the restaurant and ask to be added to the list. Call-ahead works the same way as the online waitlist, it is not a reservation for a set time.

Typical Texas Roadhouse Wait Times

Large Groups and Parties

For groups of about 10 or more, call the restaurant a few days ahead, the manager can often plan for you, even without a formal reservation. For events at home or work, Texas Roadhouse catering party packs are easier.

Best Times to Go With Little or No Wait

• Weekdays at opening: most restaurants open at 3:00 PM Monday to Thursday (555 of 711); the first hour is the quietest of the week.
• Weekend lunch: nearly all open at 11:00 AM on Saturday and Sunday to 11 AM to 1 PM beats the dinner rush.
• Late dinner: after 8:30 PM on weeknights waits drop again.
• Avoid: Friday and Saturday 6 to 8 PM and holidays like Mother's Day.

Birthdays and Special Occasions

Tell the host you are celebrating when you join the list, many restaurants do the birthday saddle cheer, and VIP Club members get a birthday offer by email. See Texas Roadhouse app.
