Is the Sparkling Berry Bliss Still on the Texas Roadhouse Menu?

No, the Sparkling Berry Bliss is not on the current official Texas Roadhouse menu. It was a sparkling, berry-flavored drink. Many menu websites still list it with an old price, which is why people keep searching for it. A few restaurants may still make it on request if the bartender or kitchen has the ingredients, so it never hurts to ask.

Why Was the Sparkling Berry Bliss Removed?

Texas Roadhouse does not announce why single drinks or dishes leave the menu, but chains usually trim items that sell slowly, need special ingredients, or slow down the bar and kitchen at busy times. Seasonal and limited-time drinks also rotate out on purpose so new ones can be tested. When an item is gone from the official menu, it can linger at some restaurants until their stock runs out, which is why you may still hear of people ordering it.

If you loved the Sparkling Berry Bliss, the best move is to describe it to your server or bartender. Bartenders can often mix something close with the juices, liqueurs and spirits they already stock, and charge it as a custom drink.

How to Ask for a Retired Item

  1. Call your local restaurant before you go and ask if they still have the ingredients.
  2. At the table, name the drink and describe it, not every new employee will know the old name.
  3. Ask what it will cost before it is made, because custom orders are priced by the restaurant.
  4. Be ready with a backup from the list above if they can't make it.
